About The Role


The Biz Dev Manager provides business development and account management as well as net lead generation and quota support to sales teams. This role involves working with us in a management capacity, learning the entire sales and consulting process, helping us create the standard operating procedures and processes to make lead generation turnkey.


Responsibilities


In this role, you'll get to...

  • make cold calls to CFO, COO, CIO, CTO, CISO or CEO of potential customers to setup appointments to talk to our Principal Consultants or CEO

  • work with marketing department on outbound email campaigns to generate warm lead lists for cold calling efforts

  • answer and screen internal and external phone calls and emails

  • maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities

  • maintain and update supplier, sales, and customer records

  • work with business development and marketing team to develop process for optimizing lead documentation in our system

  • work with marketing team to implement lead generation tools

  • follow-up with customers on NPS surveys

  • collaborate with sales team to meet targets and goals

  • schedule appointments for the sales department, service providers, suppliers, and customers

  • Work with Principal consultants to create discovery reports and sales presentations

  • prepare and file quotes, sales contracts, and agreements

  • liaise with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance

  • perform research towards identifying potential sales leads and pitches

  • perform other admin duties related to the role


Requirements 


On day one, we'll expect you to...

  • have 5+ years of experience in Sales, preferably outbound b2b sales

  • have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience working with C-level

  • have experience in business to business (B2B) consultative sales

  • have startup experience in iterating and refining marketing to lead to sales generation processes with business development and marketing

  • have the ability to work well under pressure and meet targets

  • have strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • be familiar with sales lead generation software like Apollo.io, sales navigator, and CRM

  • be able to provide support during the US Pacific Time business hours (8am-5pm PT) which is 11PM-8AM Manila time

  • have a stable internet connection to conduct seamless calls and attend sales meetings

  • have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties

  • be willing to install and use a time keeping software while performing the work for the team

  • be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer

  • be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform the work from there

  • be willing to undergo a 90-days probationary period upon initial hire


What separates the best from the rest:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field
